How do I know which service is best for me?

Finding the perfect technique for you depends on your preferred aesthetics, skin type and lifestyle. The latter two will largely determine your long term healed result.

We reserve 4 hours for all initial appointments so that we can begin the session with a thorough consultation to help you finalize on a technique. This consultation allows me to assess your skin up close and understand your preferences so that we can select the most suitable technique for you.

Does the procedure hurt?

While everyone's pain tolerance is unique, most clients, including self claimed "sensitive" individuals, find the discomfort to be minimal.

Topical anesthetics with Lidocaine will be applied to keep you comfortable throughout the appointment. It is not uncommon that clients are relaxed enough to fall asleep during their appointment.

What is the difference between Microblading and Nano Brows?

These services share a similar textured brow look with visible hair strokes, but Nano Brows and Microblading are completely different.

Nano Brows is done using a specialty machine pen that deposits pigment dots through a fine needle, where as Microblading creates shallow cuts on the skin with a blade. Since Nano Brows does not involve any skin slicing, it is less traumatic and invasive to the skin.

Nano Brows also offers higher degree of artistic freedom for artists to create hyper-realistic results.

Do I need to book in for a consultation before coming for an appointment?

A separate consultation is not mandatory. We reserve 4 hours for all initial appointments so that we can begin the session with a thorough consultation to help you finalize on a technique. This consultation allows me to assess your skin up close and understand your preferences so that we can select the most suitable technique for you.

Question 8

Is the booking deposit refundable?

Accepted Answer

A $50 booking deposit is required to secure appointment date, time and rate and it is non-refundable. Your booking deposit will go toward the service total on appointment day.

Booking deposit can be transferred to a new date as long as a 48 hour reschedule notice prior to appointment time is given. If reschedule notice is given less than 48 hours before appointment time,  your deposit will be forfeited and a new booking deposit will be required if you wish to book again.
